Portwrinkle is a ‘bijou’ one bedroomed first floor apartment with superb coastal and sea views from both the living area and bedroom. The view on the right really was taken from the bay window in Portwrinkle so you can be assured you will never tire of the panorama before you.

An entrance hallway leads off to the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, the bedroom and separate shower room. The living area extends into a fabulous bay window offering superb perspectives of the Looe river and town, Looe Beach and Whitsand Bay. Whilst compact, Portwrinkle is ergonomically designed to satisfy every requirement for a holiday apartment.

The lounge area has a fully equipped surround sound HiFi & television system. All furnishings are contemporary and designed to ensure maximum comfort and usability.

 

The kitchen is fully fitted with white high gloss kitchen units, mocha timber style work tops, natural stone tile up-stand with stainless steel splash backs, Franke stainless steel sink and polished chrome lever taps. There are stainless steel appliances throughout including a combination oven/microwave, cooker hood and stainless steel edged flush mounted ceramic hob.

There is an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer – everything you could wish for in a modern, contemporary kitchen that provides you with a comprehensive range of cookware and utensils for you to enjoy yourself preparing culinary masterpieces in your luxury holiday apartment

 

The double bedroom has a comfortable, full sized double bed dressed cotton bedding. Whilst compact, the bedroom has a sliding door wardrobe. The bedroom window allows you to take in the view as you awake from a restful night’s sleep and Venetian blinds ensure that whilst you can always see out, tourists on Banjo Pier will not be able to see in meaning you can always enjoy the wonderful vista before you.

 

The shower room has a Showerlux Offset-Showeround sliding door with platinum finish frame and contemporary polished chrome single lever taps and fittings. The bathroom is completed with Roca wash basin and matching toilet, a polished chrome ladder style heated towel rail and combined vanity mirror and shaver point.  The tiling is bumpy white high gloss on the walls and beige porcelain tiles on the floor.

 

Portwrinkle is finished throughout to the highest standard. Attractive single panel white oak veneer doors with Padouk inlay are complemented with Italian designed, smooth polished chrome ‘wave style’ door levers and the living area is finished with matching lacquered oak floor boarding.

Lighting can be adjusted to match your mood with half oval flush mounted wall up-lighters and polished steel lighting tracks to the kitchen and bedroom areas. All light switches and wall sockets are high quality polished stainless steel

 

Portwrinkle is warm and comfortable any time of the year as it has a fully controllable gas central heating system – ideal for a winter’s break.

 

 

Entry to Portwrinkle is secure with a punch code door entry system for the apartment and intercom entry system at main entrance.
