Westcliff - A World Apart . . .   

The project to develop Westcliff from a run down Victorian hotel into seven luxury holiday apartments was undertaken by Westcliff Developments Ltd. The project took over two years to complete at a cost of well over £1million. No expense was spared to create our modern, highly insulated, superbly specified apartments within the original Victorian facade. The later additions to the side of the original building and the roof line have been completely remodelled and reconstructed, improving the facade and removing the ugly 1960's additions.

It is with these objectives in mind that we invested in the conversion of a cliff-side hotel at Hannafore, Looe, Cornwall into six spectacular apartments with panoramic coastal, town and river views simply known as 'Westcliff' .
